Our flowers come from certified organic outdoor or ground-level greenhouse cultivation and are traditionally harvested by hand. Every batch is lab-tested, contains less than 1% THC, and is pesticide-free. We cultivate according to the Living Soil principles , prioritizing the promotion and preservation of soil biodiversity and soil health.

We produce our own compost, organic fertilizers, and soil mixes on site. This goes far beyond the requirements of the Swiss organic regulations, resulting in the unique organic flower quality of SwissExtract.

Greenhouse flowers combine the advantages of natural sunlight and a protected environment. The plants grow in the greenhouse in topsoil according to organic farming principles. They are not directly exposed to the weather, receive plenty of fresh air, sunlight, and the support of countless soil organisms (living soil).

Upon request, we also offer contract farming according to customer-specific requirements . We tailor variety selection, genetics, and quality standards precisely to our customers' needs.

What CBD flowers are

CBD flowers are the dried flower heads of the female hemp plant. They contain high amounts of cannabidiol (CBD) and only traces of THC, legally below 1% in Switzerland. They are not psychoactive.

The effect is often described as relaxing, balancing, and pleasant. Cannabinoids and terpenes work together, shaping the aroma and character of each strain, from fruity to spicy, from mildly energizing to deeply relaxing.

This is called the entourage effect. The entourage effect describes the synergistic interaction of the various compounds in cannabis, including cannabinoids (such as CBD and THC) and terpenes. In simpler terms, this means that the flower as a whole produces a better effect than the isolated components alone.

All varieties come from the same plant and differ only in size, texture, and price. The quality and varietal purity remain consistently high.

Our selection changes seasonally; we cultivate the plants during the summer months, between May and October.

CBD flowers (Head Buds)

The largest and densest flowers of the plant. Compact appearance, full terpene profile. The right choice for customers who expect the highest quality and an unadulterated aroma.

Mini Buds

Smaller flowers from the lower part of the plant. Same quality and same effect as the larger flowers, but more affordable.

CBD Trim / Biomass

Trim consists of small flower fragments and resinous flower remnants that accumulate during trimming. It's an economical option for extractions, further processing, or bulk orders.

CBD Greenhouse Flowers – The Proven Middle Ground

Greenhouse flowers combine the advantages of natural sunlight and a protected environment. The plants grow in the greenhouse in topsoil according to organic farming principles. They are not directly exposed to the weather, receive plenty of fresh air, sunlight, and the support of countless soil organisms (living soil).

Unlike indoor plants, which often grow in artificial substrates and under artificial light, our greenhouse plants develop a more natural terpene profile while still achieving a flower density close to indoor quality. Ideal for anyone seeking top quality at a fair price.

Harvesting, processing and curing

Our cannabis flowers are harvested by hand at the optimal time. Crucial to this is the condition of the trichomes, the fine resin glands from which hashish is also produced. These specialized cells of the hemp plant contain the highest concentration of cannabinoids and terpenes. During the final weeks of flowering, we continuously monitor the development of the trichomes to determine the harvest time at the peak of flower ripeness. This allows us to fully exploit the individual potential of our various genetics/cultivars.

After harvesting, the herbs undergo a gentle drying process using our in-house developed and optimized drying and maturation method (post-curing process) at low temperatures. This traditional curing process ensures a well-rounded aroma and a smooth smoking or vaping experience.

Hand trimming for clean quality

Each bloom is hand-trimmed. Our staff remove all unnecessary leaves to optimally showcase the structure of each individual flower. What remains are dense, resinous blooms whose quality is both visible and tangible.
